This is the 9'th test flight of the new U4B tracker. For details see below.
U4B-9 was launched on 16-May-2020 at about 1300Z.
The WSPR callsign on 20m is VE3KCL on frequency 14,097,165, and telemetry uses the old-style channel 04. WSPR reports are at :08 :18 etc past the hour and the telemetry report follows at :00 :10 etc. There is a balloon glyph on 30m at minute :02 :12 :22 etc past the hour and on 20m at minutes :07 :17 :27 etc past the hour.

Today U4B-9 shut down at 12.49 degrees of solar elevation tonight, which is good for a solar-only flight (no batteries)

This is the 9th test flight of the new U4B tracker. It is a test of a new TCXO part. U4B-9 was assembled by Dave VE3KCL. This YouTube video explains the features of the U4B tracker.
U4B-9 includes a balloon glyph just prior to the WSPR transmission. This is the same as on previous flights, There is a slow-Hellshreiber "9" to the left of the balloon!
